CCC STUDENT SERVICES CENTER
Heinz Mechanical took on both plumbing and mechanical scope for the new CCC Welcome Center. This building will be the new face of the college, offering a new experience for both new and current students. The plumbing consisted of DWV, domestic water, gas piping, and numerous plumbing fixtures. For the mechanical side we installed radiant heat, chilled water, heating water, and refrigerant piping. Heinz Mechanical was also responsible for the duct work and mechanical equipment which included boilers, fan coils, a split system, chiller, and a DOAS/RTU.
