Heinz Mechanical took on the plumbing and mechanical scope for this project which included work in 4 separate buildings. The mechanical portion included piping, duct work and building automation system. It also required an extensive radiant floor heating system, 3 heat pump chillers, air handling units, a condensing boiler, and a VRF system. The plumbing scope included water, DWV, compressed air, and gas pipe. Some of the equipment provided were new plumbing fixtures, both gas and electric water heaters, large air compressor system, as well as a complete lubrication system.
