How to Get WBE Certified
Here are some of the requirements a company must meet to achieve a WBE certification with the state of Oregon:
- Be a for-profit business.
- Be registered with the Oregon Secretary of State.
- Have gross annual receipts not exceeding $23.98 million.
- At least 51% owned and controlled by a woman that is a US citizen or is a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the US.
