Air Conditioner Condensing Units
Air conditioner condensers are one of the most important parts of your commercial AC unit. Without the condenser working properly, your air conditioner will be unable to properly cool the air. If the air conditioning unit on your property is not working, contact the highly experienced mechanical contractors of Heinz Mechanical. Our contractors can help you purchase and install a new condenser unit to get your AC back up and running.

We will help you choose the right condenser for the size of the space you have and make recommendations based on energy efficiency and our experience with trusted brands. Once you’ve made your choice, our team of technicians will get you cooled off in no time.
How Condensing Units Work
In the process of cooling your building, your air conditioner uses a refrigerant to absorb heat from the air. As the heat is absorbed, the refrigerant becomes a gas. The condenser collects the gas and forces it to rapidly cool under pressure through a series of coils, and with the help of a fan.
The fan then forces outside air to blow across the surface of the coils and carry away the heat. The resulting cold refrigerant returns to its liquid state and gets recycled through your air conditioner. A condensing unit that isn’t working properly will leave too much heat behind and won’t be able to sufficiently cool your facility’s space.
